Cancellations & Substitutions

Online registration will be available through Friday, June 13. The conference does not provide virtual participation. If unable to attend or secure a substitute from the same organization, you must submit a cancellation request via email to [email protected] by June 13. If canceled by the June 13 deadline, a refund, less a $95 processing fee, will be provided following the conference. Telephone cancellations are not accepted.
Individuals who fail to attend the conference (no-shows) will not be entitled to a refund and are responsible for the full registration fee. Cancellation refund requests due to medical emergencies must include documentation. Registration fees are non-transferrable to a future MACRUC conference. Note: to cancel or ask accounting questions, email [email protected]. Unauthorized use of a coupon code will result in the cancellation of your registration.
